Ramen Broth

Ingredients
64 oz chicken stock
1-2 inches of ginger thinly sliced
1-3 cloves of garlic
1 tbs low sodium soy sauce
1 tbs of ChOil chili Crisp, your favorite variety
1 tbs sesame oi
Instructions
- In a sauce pan or stock pot, combine all of the ingredients except the sesame oil.
- Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat. Allow to cook for 20-30 minutes
- Add the sesame oil
- Blend with an immersion blender or normal blender.
- Enjoy with your favorite ramen or just enjoy alone.
